Things to know for your first appointment
Our goal for your first appointment is to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision about orthodontic care. After a thorough examination, Dr. Klatte will discuss his findings, and if treatment is indicated, he will discuss your treatment options. Our treatment coordinator will then review the treatment process, the costs, and financing options.
- On your first visit, please bring your completed examination form, which will be mailed to you prior to your appointment.
- If you have orthodontic insurance benefits, please make sure you have all of the information necessary so we may verify coverage.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork if this was not received prior to your appointment.
- We ask you to respect the significant commitment of time we schedule for your appointment. If you have to reschedule, please give us advanced notice.
How much will my treatment cost?
Everyone’s treatment plan is individualized for specific needs. An examination appointment is necessary to determine the cost. We understand that orthodontic treatment is a large investment of your money and we work hard to make it affordable through various financing options.
